Return Process

  Log into your Viwoods account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to Viwoods

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect your device for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
